If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
Refund Information
CSI will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the return process to be completed after the item is received at our warehouse.
Complimentary Items
If your initial purchase included complimentary items, all associated items must be returned in order to receive a full refund. The retail value of any complimentary items retained, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility Requirements
CSI reserves the right to reject returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if all conditions are not met. The original purchase price will be refunded after deducting the retail value of any complimentary items retained. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
You have 30 days from delivery to return defective or damaged items. At CSI’s discretion, these items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. To receive a full refund, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. After this period, you will receive the same model or the manufacturer’s equivalent model instead of a refund.
For verified damaged or defective items, CSI will reimburse the return shipping fees. However, for unverified defective or damaged items, CSI reserves the right to reject returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Please note that for any electronic device, you must unlock it, delete all passwords, and reset it to factory settings. We will not accept returns if the device is locked or password protected.

CSI is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
