Orders for in-stock items placed Monday – Friday before 3pm UTC8 are generally shipped the same day (subject to payment verification).

Weekend orders placed after 3pm EST Friday may be processed on the following Monday. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you to advise about the situation.

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of the item(s).Please write to us in advance to inform us before checking out. Since even the same products, the package can be different. Expedited Shipping

We offer Expedited, Next Day and 2 Day shipping options. There is no weekend service for our Expedited or Next Day delivery options. Expedited shipping times refer to business days only and may not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.

Transit Times

Transit times are estimated and shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather along the shipping route.

An order that ships on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually get picked up by the shipper until Monday.

Damaged / Missing Items

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All missing or damaged item claims must be reported within 48 hours. If you find damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately.
